Welcome to Global Indian Artist™ LLC — where the performance of culture meets the practice of reflection, and Indian arts and artists are represented on stages and at festivals worldwide.

We are a public-interest, non-commercial digital magazine and multimedia platform amplifying the voices of Indian and South Asian dance artists across the globe. Through essays, critiques, podcasts, interviews, and audience reflections, we foster critical dialogue, cultural commentary, and community connection.

We celebrate how artists reimagine tradition, forge new narratives, and expand the role of dance in community life—while asking deeper questions of identity, belonging, transformation, and justice.

At the heart of GIA is a vision of a world where the stories, practices, and critiques of Indian and South Asian dance transcend borders—becoming part of a living archive that moves freely across geographies, generations, and genres.

We believe in Critique with care, Celebration with complexity, Archiving with integrity.

This is a space for students and seniors, performers and patrons, scholars and seekers alike.

We affirm that dance is a living, breathing act of culture, community, and creativity. And that dancers—whether rooted or roaming—hold the agency to reshape tradition, reimagine aesthetics, and retell our shared stories.

Together, let’s make performance an act of solidarity, reflection, and future-making. Every post invites dialogue—because your voice matters. Your story is part of this archive.

This is a space for students and seniors, performers and patrons, scholars and seekers alike.
